What are the Monster Trucks in the game? How do I Import new Trucks?
You can have exciting and funky monster trucks like – Ace High, Ragin’ Red, El Diablo and MVP.
Tucks can also be imported once your upgrades are maxed out. When Imported the color of Truck and attributes changes.
What are Power, Stability, Grip & Suspension Upgrades?
Each Truck has a specific Power, Stability, Grip & Suspension which can be upgraded to get optimal vehicle performance.
Power – Increases speed and acceleration of vehicles
Stability – Increases vehicle stability while in air and ground
Grip – Increases Traction and engine power delivery
Suspension – Gain more control on Truck landing
How do I unlock Levels & Trucks?
The main way of unlocking new levels and trucks is by setting great Times or achieving a certain distance on the tracks available to you. You can also unlock them by buying them with Gold Coins. Note: Swipe to a truck and it will show you the requirements for each one on screen.
Where can I choose to Unlock/Equip a Truck?
You can unlock/ equip vehicles by selecting Trucks icon on Main Screen and swiping to your choice and tapping on Unlock or Equip.
How do I control my vehicle?
You got two pedals, the right one is the Gas and the left one is your Brake.
The Gas pedal will accelerate your truck and the Brake will stop and reverse you. The pedals will also control your trucks tilting direction if you manage to catch some air off a jump, using our patented invisible tilt ninjas, helping you to get the right balance and landing. Note: You can change tilt control by tapping on settings and selecting inverted controls.
Where do I get Fuel? What do I do when I'm running out of Fuel?
You need to collect the red fuel cans placed along the tracks to keep your trucks going.
How do I Upgrade trucks?
You can upgrade each vehicle attribute by selecting the Truck and taping on Power, Stability, Grip or Suspension.
Note:
Upgrades cost truck coins.
Each Truck has individual truck points which can be earned only by using that particular Truck.
Upgrade coins earned are specific to each truck.
Alternatively, you can pay for the upgrade or part of the upgrade with Gold Coins. Gold Coins are more flexible and so can be used to upgrade any truck, not just a specific one.
Is there Multiplayer?
Yes. There is asynchronous multiplayer where you can race against your own personal best distance, friends and global player’s times.
How do I pause or restart my race?
Tap on Pause button which will be on top of your screen and menu will appear with resume, restart and other options.
Can I Customize my Truck?
Currently we do not have this feature.
How do I get Gold?
Gold is a more flexible currency and can be used to buy new tracks and upgrade any truck unlike the normal collectable Truck Coins. They can be bought in our in-game store but they can also be earned various other ways, such as through our Track Record Timed gifts, beating your friends on the leaderboard, watching ads or collecting gifts on main screen. Note: You can also get Gold by tapping on + sign and choosing to Purchase in Store.
Where do I get Truck Coins?
Each Truck has individual truck points which can be earned only by racing with that particular Truck.
What do I get in Gift Box?
Gold currency can be collected from the Gift Box on top of your screen.
What do I get by logging in to Facebook?
You will get 1000 Gold on the first time you logging into Facebook.
What can I share with friends on Social Media?
Currently we do not have this feature.
Can I post a video of my game?
You can share your video of gameplay only via Replay Kit feature available for iOS 9 & above. Note: For Android phones we do not have video sharing feature.
Can I add/invite friends?
Yes you can invite and add friends through Facebook.
How do I create and save User Profile?
You can create a user name by connecting to Facebook.
How do I save my game progression?
You cannot save your game progression. If you delete the game you have to start from the beginning.
How do I get my progression back on my device?
You cannot save your game progression. If you have deleted the game you have to start from the beginning. However your real money non-consumable purchases will be restored.
Can I reset my progress?
By re-installing the game you can reset your progress.
I deleted and reinstalled the game, how do I get my purchases back?
You get only your real money non-consumable item purchases back when you reinstall the game.
How can I change the game's language?
The game supports 12 languages- English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Spanish (Mex), Portuguese (Br), Russian, Korean, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional). It will start as per the device language if supported or else in English.
Can I disable ads which pop-up in the game?
These are not ads but informational benefits which convey discounts, limited offers, rewards, contests, etc., to improvise your gaming experience.
Can I play offline?
Yes, you can play offline.

How do I modify the SFX /Music options?
SFX or Music option can be controlled from the settings in the main menu as well as from the Pause menu.
Where can I find tutorial for the game? Can I access tutorial again?
Tutorial will be available automatically when you begin. No, the tutorial cannot be accessed again.
Why should I accept these Terms and Conditions?
Terms and Conditions is a mandatory to be accepted as per legal guidelines to play the game. Please read the document before accepting.
Why is my device not supported?
The game is designed in a way to have optimized support in order to sustain to any technical discrepancies.

I purchased an item on my mobile device from the store but I did not get it, why?
For iOS, sometimes the mobile devices experience weak Internet Connection. After completing the purchase, the app store needs to send back a Purchase successful message which confirms that your payment was successful.
Try relaunching the game.
If items still fail to appear in game, please retry purchase but make sure of the following:
1) You have a strong network connection each time you purchase.
2) Enter credit card details correctly. If you identify it’s a credit card issue please contact your bank.

Why does store show up a message as 'In-app purchase disabled'?
In App Purchase disabled message is a parental control which is linked with device restrictions. To Turn on/ off Restriction please do the following steps:
1. Go To Settings
2. Tap General
3. Select Restrictions which always needs password
4. To Allow In-app Purchases
The game is crashing on my iPhone/ iPad. How do I fix this?
There are a few reasons why your device may experience a crash during an app launch or randomly. We will list the top tips that proved to have helped most users:
First you will have to make sure your device has the latest software installed. Download the latest version of iTunes from http://www.apple.com/itunes
=> If you already have iTunes, open it and then select Help => Check for updates and install any available updates.
=> Please make sure the date and time of your devices are current. This is important for the iTunes store as it may not allow you to download any apps if you don’t have the correct date and time.
=> If your device already has the latest software, try resetting your device.
Hold down the sleep/wake button at the top of the device for a few seconds until the screen displays the message ‘slide to power off.’ Power off the device by moving the slider. Hold down the sleep/wake button again until the device powers back on.
When the home screen is displayed, relaunch the game.
=> If you are still having trouble, you may need to terminate apps running in the background: Double tap on the home button to see the apps running in the background:
=> You can terminate most apps on this screen to free up memory. Tap on the home button to return then try to launch the game again. Most users report this works for them.

I have downloaded the game previously, now the new update is not getting downloaded. Why?

How can I disable In-App purchases & avoid unauthorized purchases?
To disable in-app purchases and avoid unauthorized purchases on your iOS device use the following steps:
1) From your home screen, tap the Settings app
2) Tap General
3) Tap on Restrictions
4) Tap Enable Restrictions
5) When you do this, you’ll be asked to Set a Passcode. The Passcode is a password that locks certain functions of the iOS device. Use a passcode you’ll be sure to remember, but don’t share it with people you don’t want making in-app purchases. If they know your passcode, they can enable in-app purchases even if you don’t want them to. Enter the passcode twice to set it.
6) Once the passcode is set, scroll down to the Allowed Content section. Slide the In-App Purchases slider to Off or to the left so that it’s white. This will prevent anyone who doesn’t know your passcode from making in-app purchases.
How do I restore my character purchases?
To get your Character purchases back:
1. After completing Tutorial go to Main Menu
2. Tap on the Hamburger button present on the top left
3. Tap on settings icon
4. Select Restore, enter purchase ID and password to restore
How to improve the performance for the game?
It is always good to restart your device every week to clear your device memory and give you optimum game performance. Hold Power and Home Button together and release once you will be shown the apple logo.
Do I have to download content each time I launch the game?
The Game is a one-time download and the size is 200MB. After installing you are into the game .Please make sure you have enough space of around 500MB for completely installing the game.
Why can't I install Game?
On some devices, the operating system doesn’t inform you if you have run out of space. Please check that you have enough space on your device to install game. The size of the game file is around 200 MB so you need at least that or more. If you have less, you need to delete some other applications and/or unused music and photos before installing the game.
The Game is not loading / crashing on my android device. What should I do? Which devices does it support?
What Should I Do?
Please try the following:
1) Make sure your copy of the game for Android was downloaded from the Google Play Store, otherwise we cannot guarantee that your game will work as it’s supposed to.
2) Free up device memory by closing unnecessary apps running in the background. To do this, go to Settings > Apps > Running, then tap the app you want to stop and press ‘Stop’ or ‘Force Stop’.
3) Free up storage memory on your device by uninstalling apps that you no longer need. You can do this by opening the Launcher (Android’s app view), then press and hold the app(s) you want to delete.
3) Make sure your Android version is up to date by going to Settings > About, and then checking for software updates.

Also, please note that the game requires **at least** the following specs:
– 1 GB RAM or more recommended
– Android OS 2.3.3 or better
– A screen resolution of 480×800 or better

Can I continue my game on new device?
No. You will have to start the game from the beginning on new device as progression is currently not transferable.

If your purchase still fails to appear, it could be because of Weak/no WiFi connection or a cash transaction issue. One possibility is that your purchase has not been registered with Store. You can go ahead with retrying purchase but make sure of the following:
1) Have a strong network connection each time you purchase.
2) Enter credit card details correctly. If you identify it’s a credit card issue please contact your bank.
