How do I Score?
When you match three or more Dream Jars of the same color, they burst and you Score.
How Do I complete a level?
You need to finish the objectives set at the start of the level to complete it.
What are the different game modes/objectives?
The different modes/objectives in the game are as follows:
Clear tiles – Remove tiles to win.
Collect Jars – Match the number of jars of particular colors given to complete
Score – Get the required score
Drop Loose Dreams – Take 2 Dreams to the given arrow mark to win.
What are Booster Jars?
More complex match combinations produce Booster Jars that can be mixed with exciting results. Ex: Match 5 to create color bomb. Bomb Booster: Match 5 Jars in a L orT. Cluster Booster: Match 4 Jars in a Square
Note: Combine these boosters to create a cluster effect.
How many lives do you get?
You begin the game with five lives. If you don’t pass a level, you will lose a life, with one life being refilled for free every 15 minutes. If you don’t like waiting, you can purchase a full set of lives from the Shop or ask your friends to send you extra lives.
What are Special Boosters?
Special Boosters can be helpful if you find yourself in a pickle, or if you’re stuck on a particularly challenging level. A variety of boosters can be purchased from the Shop to help you progress through the game as follows:
Snozzcumber – Clears 7 squares
Frobscottle – Clears Three ‘3 x 3 squares’ in areas
Trumpet – Removes a selected row or column
BFGs Bag – Shuffles all jars
Net – You can remove one dream jar with The BFG Net to remove it.
Note: You can tap the ‘+’ button on the booster to purchase.
How do I use Boosters?
Select the booster you want to use/purchase to activate it.
Where can I get Boosters?
You can tap the ‘+’ button at the bottom of your game screen to purchase boosters.
How do I get more coins?
Tap on the plus sign on coins to buy.
What can I do with coins?
You can refil lives and purchase special boosters with Coins.
What is the Golden Jar on top of screen? How can I get Golden Phizwhizzards? What can I do with them?
The Golden Jar at the top of the screen is a Golden Phizwhizzard. You can use these to unlock next location.
What can I do when I'm out of Moves?
You can spend Coins for extra moves or Retry level. Note: You will lose on life if you restart.
Where can I connect to Facebook?
On starting the game the opening screen will have a ‘Fconnect’ through which you can connect to facebook.
What can I share with friends on Facebook?
Currently there is no facebook sharing feature.
Why am I not able to connect to Facebook?
Connecting to Facebook is network dependant. Kindly check your connectivity strength before proceeding. If still the login fails, try logging in again after sometime.
If this doesn’t work, please restart the game and try logging in again from the game settings.

Can I add/invite friends?
You can invite friends by tapping on the Facebook invite button which will appear after each level completion in the box.
How do I ask for Lives?
Tap on the ‘+’ symbol next to the heart to ‘Ask Friends’ more lives. Also, when you don’t have lives atthe start of a level a Get More Lives box appears with ‘Ask Friends’ button
What do I get in Inbox?
Your Lives received will be in Inbox for you to Claim.
How do I sync my game progression?
Tap on Fconnect on game launch screen to sync your progression to facebook. Note: you can access Fconnect button in Settings also.
I deleted and reinstalled the game, how do I get my purchases back?
You can get you progression back if you have synced with facebook. To restore Progression connect through your facebook account and tap Fconnect and your progression will sync automatically.
What happens if I delete the game and again installed it? Will my progress be saved or lost?
You can get your progression back if you have synced the game with facebook. To restore Progression connect through your facebook account and tap Fconnect and your progression will sync automatically.
How can I change the game's language?
The game is currently available in only English, French, Italian, German & Spanish.
Can I play offline?
Yes. But you will need internet access achievements on google play.

Can I disable ads which pop-up in the game?
These are not ads but informational benefits which convey discounts, limited offers, rewards, contests, etc., to improvise your gaming experience.
How do I modify the SFX /Music options?
SFX or Music option can be controlled from the settings in the main menu.
Where can I find tutorial for the game? Can I access tutorial again?
Tutorial will be available automatically when you begin. No, you will not be able to access tutorial agian.
Where do I find my Player Statistics?
Currently there is no player statistics feature available in the game.
How do I access my achievements?
To access achievements you have to login to Google Play Games services.
Why is my device not supported?
The game is designed in a way to have optimized support in order to sustain to any technical discrepancies.
OS requirement : iOS 8.0 and above
Devices:
iPhone: iPhone 4S and above
iPad: iPad 2 and above.
iPod: iPod Touch 5 and above.
I purchased an item on my mobile device from the store but I did not get it, why?
For iOS, sometimes the mobile devices experience weak Internet Connection. After completing the purchase, the app store needs to send back a Purchase successful message which confirms that your payment was successful.

Try relaunching the game.
If items still fail to appear in game, please retry purchase but make sure of the following:
1) You have a strong network connection each time you purchase.
2) Enter credit card details correctly. If you identify it’s a credit card issue please contact your bank.
If the above doesn’t work, then please check your App Store Receipt sent to you via email. If the item you purchased is on the receipt but you cannot locate the download, please contact Apple with your Receipt.

Why does store show up a message as 'In-app purchase disabled'?
In App Purchase disabled message is a parental control which is linked with device restrictions. To Turn off Restriction please do the following steps:
1. Go To Settings
2. Tap General
3. Select Restrictions which always needs password
4. To Allow In-app Purchases
The game is crashing on my iPhone/ iPad. How do I fix this?
There are a few reasons why your device may experience a crash during an app launch or randomly. We will list the top tips that proved to have helped most users:
First you will have to make sure your device has the latest software installed. Download the latest version of iTunes from http://www.apple.com/itunes
=> If you already have iTunes, open it and then select Help => Check for updates and install any available updates.
=> Please make sure the date and time of your devices are current. This is important for the iTunes store as it may not allow you to download any apps if you don’t have the correct date and time.
=> If your device already has the latest software, try resetting your device.
Hold down the sleep/wake button at the top of the device for a few seconds until the screen displays the message ‘slide to power off.’ Power off the device by moving the slider. Hold down the sleep/wake button again until the device powers back on.
When the home screen is displayed, relaunch the game.
=> If you are still having trouble, you may need to terminate apps running in the background:
Double tap on the home button to see the apps running in the background:
=> You can terminate most apps on this screen to free up memory. Tap on the home button to return then try to launch the game again. Most users report this works for them.
=> You may also wish to close some apps on your device that you no longer use as the less storage memory you have available on your device may be contributing to this error.
I have downloaded the game previously, now the new update is not getting downloaded. Why?
It is possible that, new update requires device specifications that your device cannot complete. So, new update won’t be available for you. If your device fulfils the compatibility requirements and still you are not able to download the update, then contact us at support@reliancegames.com
How can I disable In-App purchases & avoid unauthorized purchases?
To disable in-app purchases and avoid unauthorized purchases on your iOS device use the following steps:
1) From your home screen, tap the Settings app
2) Tap General
3) Tap on Restrictions
4) Tap Enable Restrictions
5) When you do this, you’ll be asked to Set a Passcode. The Passcode is a password that locks certain functions of the iOS device. Use a passcode you’ll be sure to remember, but don’t share it with people you don’t want making in-app purchases. If they know your passcode, they can enable in-app purchases even if you don’t want them to. Enter the passcode twice to set it.
6) Once the passcode is set, scroll down to the Allowed Content section. Slide the In-App Purchases slider to Off or to the left so that it’s white. This will prevent anyone who doesn’t know your passcode from making in-app purchases.
Do I have to download content each time I launch the game?
The initial download size is 95MB. Please make sure you have enough space of around 400MB for completely installing the game.
Why can't I install Game?
On some devices, the operating system doesn’t inform you if you have run out of space. Please check that you have enough space on your device to install game. The size of the game file is around 95 MB so you need at least that or more. If you have less, you need to delete some other applications and/or unused music and photos before installing the game.
The Game is not loading / crashing on my android device. What should I do? Which devices does it support?
What Should I Do?
Please try the following:
1) Make sure your copy of the game for Android was downloaded from the Google Play Store, otherwise we cannot guarantee that your game will work as it’s supposed to.
2) Free up device memory by closing unnecessary apps running in the background. To do this, go to Settings > Apps > Running, then tap the app you want to stop and press ‘Stop’ or ‘Force Stop’.
3) Free up storage memory on your device by uninstalling apps that you no longer need. You can do this by opening the Launcher (Android’s app view), then press and hold the app(s) you want to delete.
4) Make sure your Android version is up to date by going to Settings > About, and then checking for software updates.

Also, please note that the game requires **at least** the following specs:
– 1 GB RAM or more recommended
– Android OS 2.3.3 or better
– A screen resolution of 480×800 or better

I purchased an item on my mobile device from the store but I did not get it, why?
If your purchase still fails to appear, it could be because of Weak/no WiFi connection or a cash transaction issue. One possibility is that your purchase has not been registered with Store. You can go ahead with retrying purchase but make sure of the following:
1) Have a strong network connection each time you purchase.
2) Enter credit card details correctly. If you identify it’s a credit card issue please contact your bank.
