How can I change the game's language?
The game supports 5 languages. You can change the game language from Settings icon in the main menu.
Can I disable ads which pop-up in the game?
These are not ads but informational benefits which convey discounts, limited offers, rewards, contests, etc., to improvise your gaming experience.
I deleted and reinstalled the game, how do I get my purchases back?
This game only contains consumable items which are utilized while playing. Hence you will not be able to get the purchases back. Note: When you delete and reinstall, all your progress will be lost and you will have to begin the game from the start.
What happens if I delete the game and again installed it? Will my progress be saved or lost?
If you delete your game then all your game progress/achievements will be lost.
How do I modify the SFX /Music options?
SFX or Music option can be controlled from the settings in the main menu as well as from the Pause menu.
Where can I find tutorial for the game? Can I access tutorial again?
Tutorial will be available automatically when you begin. To access again, Tap on TUTORIAL from League 1.
Why am I not able to connect to Facebook?
Connecting to Facebook is network dependant. Kindly check your connectivity strength before proceeding. If still the login fails, try logging in again.
If this doesn’t work, please restart the game and try the above methods.

How do I sync my game progression?
This game does not support saving game progression.
Can I restart during fight?
No. You can only pause. You can resume or navigate to Main Menu from Pause Menu.
Can I reset my progress?
You cannot reset your game progress but you can replay the levels over and over again.
What can I share with friends on Facebook?
Currently there is no Share option, but there is a Like option.
Do I get a reward for logging into facebook?
Yes. You will get 1 Gold when you log into facebook.
Can I play offline?
Yes. But you will need internet to make purchases.
How do I get Immune Ability?
On the Pre-fight screen Tap on Boost Slot to equip invincibility boost. Lasts for few seconds only.
What are Secret Attacks?
Secret Attacks are Zombie Class specific moves which deal more damage than other normal attacks and increases your Sp Meter greatly.
Where can I see my Secret Attacks/Moves List?
To see what are your moves:
1. Tap on Pause
2. Select Attack List option
3. Scroll to view all moves including Secret Attacks Note: You can also access Moves list from Store > Any Zombie> Bio > Attack List
How do I increase my Zombie Rating?
Zombie Rating is a total of Health, Power & Special Upgrades. Upgrading any of the mentioned zombie stats will increase your Zombie’s rating.
How do I increase my Wrangler LVL?
Wrangler LVL is the level you have progressed to and can be increased by fighting and gaining XP.
What do I get by increasing my Wrangler LVL?
Increasing your Wrangler LVL will help you unlock weapons, armor, gold bars and more.
What are QTEs?
QTEs are Quick Time Events occur when an Sp is activated – either by you or against you. Follow the instructions to deal the maximum damage/block.
How can I slow a QTE?
Use REFLEXES BOOST for more time on your Quick Time Events.
What are Challenges?
Challenges are given for each fight. Completing Challenges will help you get Skulls, XP and Coins which will be useful for your progression
What is a CLASS FIGHT? Why can't I choose any Zombie for a CLASS FIGHT?
A CLASS FIGHT is specifically made for a particular Zombie Class. Hence you can choose a zombie only of the class defined.
I do not have a Zombie for the given CLASS FIGHT. What can I do?
You can purchase a Zombie of the given class.
What is Serum? How do I collect Serum?
Zombie DNA contains Serum. A completely filled Serum can be used to kill Papa Rainbow. Serum can only be collected by performing R.I.P. at the end of the fights.
How do I access Achievements?
You can access achievements by clicking the Trophy icon.
How do I increase Zombie Stats - Health & Power/Energy/Special?
To increase your Zombie stats:
1. Tap on your Zombie in Store
2. Select stat – Health& Power/Energy/Special
3. Tap on the given button at the bottom to spend coins and upgrade
How do I unlock Sp2 and Sp3?
Increasing your Zombie Rating and Wrangler LVL will help you unlock Sp2 and Sp3.
What is Passive Ability?
Every Zombie Class has a PASSIVE ABILITY which is more effective against a particular Zombie Class.
What is the advantage of picking a particular Zombie Class?
Zombies of a Class have abilities which are an advantage when fighting against a particular Zombie Class. Use Stalker against Brutes, Mauler against Stalker & Brute against Mauler.
Can I assign a Weapon to a Zombie of a different Class?
A Weapon is Zombie Class specific and can be only assigned to Zombies within the Class.
Can I use a Armor for another Zombie?
No. Your Armor is made specifically for a Zombie and cannot be used on others.
How do I upgrade my Armor/Weapon?
To upgrade:
1. Tap Armor/Weapons from Store
2. Select the Armor or Weapon
3. Select PROTECTION/DAMAGE
4. Tap Upgrade
Why is my Weapon/Armor not effective? What is Durability?
Each time you use Weapon/Armor in a fight, the Durability is affected and reduces. The Durability can be repaired:
1. Tap Armor/Weapons from Store
2. Select the Armor or Weapon
3. Select Durability
4. Tap Repair
What is a PRIZE FIGHT?
A PRIZE FIGHT helps you to earn more coins but does not add any other value to your progression like Challenge Fights.
Where can I see my Player Stats?
You can view your Player Stats by tapping on the wrangler icon on the left top of your screen.

What is a Wrangler Invite?
A Wrangler Invite is a one-time Reward fight and does not add any other value to your progression like Challenge Fights. You will face powerful zombies here, So fight only when ready.
Why has my Weapon been Removed?
If your weapon has been removed from your Zombie, you are in a Knuckles Class Fight which has No Weapons. Note: You have to Equip your weapon after your fight.
How do I Equip an Armor/Weapon?
To Equip/Unequip:
1. Select Armor/Weapons from Store
2. Click on Equip/Unequip button below the Card.
Can I use more than one Weapon?
No. In one fight you can use only one weapon.
I have unlocked Boss fight but why can't I fight the boss?
You may not have collected enough skulls to fight with the boss. Play your league fights again and complete challenges to earn the skulls required.
What is Mystery box? What do I do with a Mystery Canister?
In Mystery Box you can purchase different Mystery Canisters. Tap the Mystery Canister to get in-game collectibles including Zombies, weapons, armor, etc.
Where can I collect Rewards? What do I get in Inbox?
You claim all your Rewards in Inbox.
Why is my device not supported?
The game is designed in a way to have optimized support in order to sustain to any technical discrepancies.

I purchased an item on my mobile device from the store but I did not get it, why?
For iOS, sometimes the mobile devices experience weak Internet Connection. After completing the purchase, the app store needs to send back a Purchase successful message which confirms that your payment was successful.
Try relaunching the game.
If items still fail to appear in game, please retry purchase but make sure of the following:
1) You have a strong network connection each time you purchase.
2) Enter credit card details correctly. If you identify it’s a credit card issue please contact your bank.
If the above doesn’t work, then please check your App Store Receipt sent to you via email. If the item you purchased is on the receipt but you cannot locate the download, please contact Apple with your Receipt.
How do I continue my game on new device?
Currently there is no feature for you to continue your game on new device. You will have to start the game all over again.
Why does store show up a message as 'In-app purchase disabled'?
In App Purchase disabled message is a parental control which is linked with device restrictions. To Turn off Restriction please do the following steps:
1. Go To Settings
2. Tap General
3. Select Restrictions which always needs password
4. To Allow In-app Purchases
The game is crashing on my iPhone/ iPad. How do I fix this?
There are a few reasons why your device may experience a crash during an app launch or randomly. We will list the top tips that proved to have helped most users:
First you will have to make sure your device has the latest software installed. Download the latest version of iTunes from http://www.apple.com/itunes
=> If you already have iTunes, open it and then select Help => Check for updates and install any available updates.
=> Please make sure the date and time of your devices are current. This is important for the iTunes store as it may not allow you to download any apps if you don’t have the correct date and time.
=> If your device already has the latest software, try resetting your device.
Hold down the sleep/wake button at the top of the device for a few seconds until the screen displays the message ‘slide to power off.’ Power off the device by moving the slider. Hold down the sleep/wake button again until the device powers back on.
When the home screen is displayed, relaunch the game.
=> If you are still having trouble, you may need to terminate apps running in the background:

I have downloaded the game previously, now the new update is not getting downloaded. Why?

How can I disable In-App purchases & avoid unauthorized purchases?
To disable in-app purchases and avoid unauthorized purchases on your iOS device use the following steps:
1) From your home screen, tap the Settings app
2) Tap General
3) Tap on Restrictions
4) Tap Enable Restrictions
5) When you do this, you’ll be asked to Set a Passcode. The Passcode is a password that locks certain functions of the iOS device. Use a passcode you’ll be sure to remember, but don’t share it with people you don’t want making in-app purchases. If they know your passcode, they can enable in-app purchases even if you don’t want them to. Enter the passcode twice to set it.
6) Once the passcode is set, scroll down to the Allowed Content section. Slide the In-App Purchases slider to Off or to the left so that it’s white. This will prevent anyone who doesn’t know your passcode from making in-app purchases.
Do I have to download content each time I launch the game?
The initial one-time download size is 171MB. Please make sure you have enough space of around 500MB for completely installing the game.
Why can't I install Game?
On some devices, the operating system doesn’t inform you if you have run out of space. Please check that you have enough space on your device to install game. The size of the game file is around 171 MB so you need at least that or more. If you have less, you need to delete some other applications and/or unused music and photos before installing the game.
The Game is not loading / crashing on my android device. What should I do? Which devices does it support? What Should I Do?
Please try the following:
1) Make sure your copy of the game for Android was downloaded from the Google Play Store, otherwise we cannot guarantee that your game will work as it’s supposed to.
2) Free up device memory by closing unnecessary apps running in the background. To do this, go to Settings > Apps > Running, then tap the app you want to stop and press ‘Stop’ or ‘Force Stop’.
3) Free up storage memory on your device by uninstalling apps that you no longer need. You can do this by opening the Launcher (Android’s app view), then press and hold the app(s) you want to delete.
4) Make sure your Android version is up to date by going to Settings > About, and then checking for software updates.

Also, please note that the game requires **at least** the following specs:
– 1 GB RAM or more recommended
– Android OS 2.3.3 or better
– A screen resolution of 480×800 or better

Currently there is no feature for you to continue your game on new device. You will have to start the game all over again.
