How can I change the game's language?
The game supports 10 languages. You can change the game language from Settings icon in the main menu. Also, when the game initially launches, it will start as per the device language if supported or else in English.
Can I disable ads which pop-up in the game?
These are not ads but informational benefits which convey discounts, limited offers, rewards, contests, etc., to improvise your gaming experience.
I deleted and reinstalled the game, how do I get my purchases back?
This game only contains consumable items which are utilized while playing. Hence you will not be able to get the purchases back. Note: When you delete and reinstall, all your progress will be lost and you will have to begin the game from the start.
What happens if I delete the game and again installed it? Will my progress be saved or lost?
If you delete your game then all your game progress/achievements will be lost. However, your leaderboards & achievements will be displayed on Google plus/Game Center if you have logged in earlier.
How do I modify the SFX /Music options?
SFX or Music option can be controlled from the settings in the main menu as well as from the Pause menu.
Where can I find tutorial for the game? Can I access tutorial again?
Tutorial will be available automatically when you begin. To access again, replay Tier 1 – Louie Cipher.
Why am I not able to connect to Facebook?
“Connecting to Facebook is network dependant. Kindly check your connectivity strength before proceeding. If still the login fails, try logging in again.
If this doesn’t work, please restart the game and try the above methods.

How can I share a snapshot on facebook?
Select robot from DECK. Tap on ROBOT CARD. Rotate the robot in the 3D space to any angle desired and tap of the ‘f’ snapshot icon to share on facebook. Note: Only owned robots screenshots can be shared.
How do I sync my game progression?
This game does not support saving game progression.
Can I restart during fight?
No. You can only pause. You can resume or navigate elsewhere from Pause Menu.
Can I reset my progress?
You cannot reset your game progress but you can replay the levels over and over again.
How can I access leaderboard?
To access leaderboard you have to login to google play services/Game Center.
Why are there no friends displayed on leaderboard?
There may be weak or no internet connection. Make sure you are connected to internet to get friends on leaderboard.
What can I share with friends on Facebook?
Currently you can share Snapshots only. In future, there may be other options.
What do I get by logging into Google Plus/Game Center?
By logging into Google Plus/Game Center you can share your achievements and view leaderboard.
Do I get a reward for logging into facebook?
Yes. You will get a free ROBOT CARD.
Can I play offline?
Yes. But you will need internet to make purchases and access leaderboards & achievements.
What is a POWER CARD?
POWER CARD increases by a percentage either DAMAGE, ARMOR or RECHARGE time for a particular robot.
How do I get and use a POWER CARD?
You can buy a POWER CARD by selecting it from STORE or from the UPGRADE SECTION. Also, you can get a POWER CARD as a reward for winning fights.
What is Boost?
A boost will double the percentage of the particular POWER CARD. Eg: If you choose to boost DAMAGE card, tap boost in the Pre-fight screen => drag and drop into BOOST SLOTs the POWER CARDs you want to boost.
Why can't I sell my ROBOT CARD? Why is it not displayed in STORE?
You need to have a copy of the ROBOT CARD to sell. Only then will it be displayed in the SELL MENU in STORE.
How do I change my robot team?
To change robot team for a fight, go to Pre-fight screen and tap on EDIT TEAM button=> Drag & Drop the desired robots to form a team.
What are SYNERGY teams? How can I select them for a fight?
SYNERGY teams are predefined combinations of robots which creates an advantage in a fight. Go to STORE and buy a SYNERGY team. Go to Pre-fight screen => EDIT TEAM and put SYNERGY team together by dragging and dropping the SYNERGY team robots. If your team has SYNERGY it will be highlighted. Note: Tap on SYNERGY Team button in the EDIT TEAM to see all SYNERGY combinations.
How do I enable DIGI POINTS/XP BOOSTER?
You can get a DIGI POINTS/XP BOOSTER as an in-game purchase. Go to STORE => POWER CARD and purchase DIGI POINTS/XP BOOSTER POWER CARD to use in game.
How do I level up my robot?
As you complete your fights XP will be added and your level will automatically increased.
How do I get more RECHARGE for my robot?
You can purchase RECHARGE by tapping Pre-Fight => RECHARGE => + symbol.
Can I EDIT TEAM during a fight?
No. You cannot EDIT TEAM during a fight.
How do I get rewards?
You can get your rewards by taping achievements icons in the Menu HUD=> CLAIM REWARDS.
How do I maximize DAMAGE/ARMOR/RECHARGE given by a robot before fight?
“1. You can RANK UP your robots to get maximum amount of DAMAGE/ ARMOR
2. To maximize DAMAGE you can purchase robot specific and generic robot POWER CARDS. Add in BOOST SLOT to double the DAMAGE of your POWER CARD. Similar for ARMOR and RECHARGE cards. “
Can I play against other players/friends?

Where can I get help on how to control robots?
In Settings => Help section you can get to know all the controls to play the game.
How can I unlock another tier?
You can unlock the next tier by completing every fight in all circuits and the boss fight of the current tier.
What is the difference between a GOLD robot and the SILVER/BRONZE robots?
Robots are classified as GOLD, SILVER and BRONZE based on strengths. GOLD robots are the strongest followed by SILVER and then BRONZE. Using a stronger robot will better your chances of winning a fight.
How do I get a new robot to fight with?
You can get a new robot in STORE => pack section and robot section. Also, robots can be acquired as rewards after a fight.
How do I activate weapons for robots?
Weapons get auto-activated during SPECIAL ASSAULTs. Unlock SPECIAL ASSAULTs to see weapons in action.
Can I customize my robot?
Customization feature is currently not available. Only options like ARMOR or DAMAGE can be upgraded.
How do I RANK UP my robots?
By RANK UP you increase the ARMOR and DAMAGE of a particular robot significantly. To RANK UP tap on the ROBOT CARD in the menu=> select RANK UP.
Can I add more than 3 BOOST SLOTs?
No. There are only 3 slots to be unlocked with progress. If you would like to suggest a feature please mail us at support@reliancegames.com
How do I unlock BOOST SLOTs?
As you progress in the game, slots will be unlocked. Slot 2 is unlocked when you defeat The Puppeteer and slot 3 when you defeat Guccifer.
What is a SPECIAL ASSAULT?
A SPECIAL ASSAULT is unique for each robot and causes high DAMAGE to opponent. You can fill the SPECIAL ASSAULT bar by executing attacks and blocks.
What are the different SPECIAL ASSAULTs? How can I use a SPECIAL ASSAULT?
SPECIAL ASSAULT 1 is first usable during a fight. But SPECIAL ASSAULT 2 causes higher DAMAGE and SPECIAL ASSAULT 3 the highest. Activate your desired SPECIAL ASSAULT by taping the bar. Note: SPECIAL ASSAULT charge needs to be full to use and will drain after used. Also, follow the instructions on screen to deliver maximum effect.
How can I upgrade SPECIAL ASSAULT?
Tap on the ROBOT CARD in the menu section and select the unlocked SPECIAL ASSAULT to upgrade.
How do I access achievements?
You can access achievements by taping on the trophy icon on main HUD
How can I unlock SPECIAL ASSAULT 2 and 3?
You have to reach level 5 to unlock SPECIAL ASSAULT 2 and level 20 for SPECIAL ASSAULT 3 for each robot.
On logging into facebook I have not got my free robot?
You will get a free robot when you log in to your Facebook account for the first time only. If you have not received this onetime bonus please let us know by emailing support@reliancegames.com
Can I fight with 2 or 1 robot?
No. You have to choose 3 robots for a fight.
What are the advantages of robot packs in STORE?
A Pack is a combination of items available at best value. Robots, POWER CARDs, RECHARGE, GOLD POINTS, etc., can be availed on purchase of pack.
Where can I get more GOLD POINTS?
You can purchase GOLD POINTS by tapping ‘+’ icon available on the top right corner of the Main HUD. Note: Completing some achievements will also give GOLD POINTS as reward.
Can I upgrade robot from BRONZE to SILVER and then to GOLD?
No. Robot classes have been predefined. However you can level up your ROBOT CARDs by using RANK UP, earning XP etc.
what do I do when my robots are without charge?
Use RECHARGE options or wait for the given time to RECHARGE and then use.
When I defend 100%, why do I still get DAMAGE?
Every robot has minimum and maximum DAMAGE for a SPECIAL ASSAULT. Defending 100% to opponent’s SPECIAL ASSAULT will make you take the minimum DAMAGE given for each robot.
Are there a same number of fights defined in each tier?
The number of fights in each tier will vary.
Can I counter attack an opponent's SPECIAL ASSAULT?
No. You will not be able to counter attack, but you can defend to minimize DAMAGE.
I cannot tag my robots. Why?
There is 10 seconds cool-down period before you can tag any robot. Note: If your robot is being engaged in a move the tagging will take place as soon as the move is completed.
What do stars mean in achievements?
Stars convey your progress of an achievement.

Why am I taking DAMAGE when I hit?
Certain robots have a PASSIVE which inflicts DAMAGE on the attacking robot while defending. Note: All robots have unique PASSIVE, they can be accessed in robot stats during purchase and in UPGRADE SECTION.
Does each robot have PASSIVE? How do I use them?
Each robot has a unique PASSIVE. PASSIVE gets auto activated during the fight. Plan your team and fight according to robot PASSIVE.
What are newsfeeds?
Newsfeeds gives you the latest game information, offers, discounts etc. Access newsfeeds from the top panel/HUD.
What will I get in daily rewards?
You can get ROBOT CARDs, POWER CARDs, etc., in daily rewards.
Can I convert my GOLD POINTS to DIGI POINTS?
GOLD POINTS cannot be convert to DIGI POINTS.
Why is my device not supported?
The game is designed in a way to have optimized support in order to sustain to any technical discrepancies.

I purchased an item on my mobile device from the store but I did not get it, why?
For iOS, sometimes the mobile devices experience weak Internet Connection. After completing the purchase, the app store needs to send back a Purchase successful message which confirms that your payment was successful.
If items still fail to appear in game, please retry purchase but make sure of the following:
1) You have a strong network connection each time you purchase.
2) Enter credit card details correctly. If you identify it’s a credit card issue please contact your bank.
If the above doesn’t work, then please check your App Store Receipt sent to you via email. If the item you purchased is on the receipt but you cannot locate the download, please contact Apple with your Receipt.
How do I continue my game on new device?
No. You will have to start the game from the beginning on new device as progression is currently not transferable.
Why does store show up a message as 'In-app purchase disabled'?
In App Purchase disabled message is a parental control which is linked with device restrictions. To Turn off Restriction please do the following steps:
1. Go To Settings
2. Tap General
3. Select Restrictions which always needs password
4. To Allow In-app Purchases
The game is crashing on my iPhone/ iPad. How do I fix this?
There are a few reasons why your device may experience a crash during an app launch or randomly. We will list the top tips that proved to have helped most users:
First you will have to make sure your device has the latest software installed. Download the latest version of iTunes from http://www.apple.com/itunes
=> If you already have iTunes, open it and then select Help => Check for updates and install any available updates.
=> Please make sure the date and time of your devices are current. This is important for the iTunes store as it may not allow you to download any apps if you don’t have the correct date and time.
=> If your device already has the latest software, try resetting your device.
Hold down the sleep/wake button at the top of the device for a few seconds until the screen displays the message ‘slide to power off.’ Power off the device by moving the slider. Hold down the sleep/wake button again until the device powers back on.
When the home screen is displayed, relaunch the game.
=> If you are still having trouble, you may need to terminate apps running in the background: Double tap on the home button to see the apps running in the background:
=> You can terminate most apps on this screen to free up memory. Tap on the home button to return then try to launch the game again. Most users report this works for them.
=> You may also wish to close some apps on your device that you no longer use as the less storage memory you have available on your device may be contributing to this error.
I have downloaded the game previously, now the new update is not getting downloaded. Why?
It is possible that, new update requires device specifications that your device cannot complete. So, new update won’t be available for you. If your device fulfils the compatibility requirements and still you are not able to download the update, then contact us at support@reliancegames.com
How can I disable In-App purchases & avoid unauthorized purchases?
To disable in-app purchases and avoid unauthorized purchases on your iOS device use the following steps:
1) From your home screen, tap the Settings app
2) Tap General
3) Tap on Restrictions
4) Tap Enable Restrictions
5) When you do this, you’ll be asked to Set a Passcode. The Passcode is a password that locks certain functions of the iOS device. Use a passcode you’ll be sure to remember, but don’t share it with people you don’t want making in-app purchases. If they know your passcode, they can enable in-app purchases even if you don’t want them to. Enter the passcode twice to set it.
6) Once the passcode is set, scroll down to the Allowed Content section. Slide the In-App Purchases slider to Off or to the left so that it’s white. This will prevent anyone who doesn’t know your passcode from making in-app purchases.
Do I have to download content each time I launch the game?
The initial one-time download size is 86.9 MB. After installing you will have to download assets of 130 MB. Please make sure you have enough space of around 250MB for completely installing the game.
Why can't I install Game?
On some devices, the operating system doesn’t inform you if you have run out of space. Please check that you have enough space on your device to install game. The size of the game file is around 200 MB so you need at least that or more. If you have less, you need to delete some other applications and/or unused music and photos before installing the game.
The Game is not loading / crashing on my android device. What should I do? Which devices does it support? What Should I Do?
Please try the following:
1) Make sure your copy of the game for Android was downloaded from the Google Play Store, otherwise we cannot guarantee that your game will work as it’s supposed to.
2) Free up device memory by closing unnecessary apps running in the background. To do this, go to Settings > Apps > Running, then tap the app you want to stop and press ‘Stop’ or ‘Force Stop’.
3) Free up storage memory on your device by uninstalling apps that you no longer need. You can do this by opening the Launcher (Android’s app view), then press and hold the app(s) you want to delete.
3) Make sure your Android version is up to date by going to Settings > About, and then checking for software updates.

Also, please note that the game requires **at least** the following specs:
– 1 GB RAM or more recommended
– Android OS 2.3.3 or better
– A screen resolution of 480×800 or better
