What all can I Build in this game?
There are lot things you can build in the game like Buildings, decoration items, pathways and all which makes a complete Duck Dynasty
How Do I unlock Buildings?
You have to reach the given level to unlock a building.
I can't flip my buildings? How do I move my buildings?
Tap on Edit button which is besides the General Store button on the lower right corner of the screen. Tap on the building you want to move. Drag it to the desired location.
How do I buy a building?
You have to reach the given level to unlock a building and then tap on the General Store button in the lower right corner of the screen. Tap on the Characters button or buildings button of your choice and tap on buy.
Where do I find decorations?
You will find decorations in the General Store decorations tab.
How can I build my City?
You can spend the Money you collect from Buildings and from Character tasks and place unique decorations. You can unlock new Buildings and Characters by completing quests by leveling up in game. You can move objects by tapping the four-way arrow button and choosing an object to drag around. To remove an object you can sell it. NOTE: You cannot sell Character buildings.
Where do I sell my building?
Tap on Edit button which is besides the General Store button on the lower right corner of the screen. Choose your building and tap Sell button to complete action.
Where do I find my Inventory?
Tap on settings and select the Box shaped Inventory icon to open. Note: You can store buildings, decorations & items here.
I have no place to put my building? What should I do?
You can store your building by placing it in your inventory. To add building just tap edit, select building and tap on Add To Inventory button.
Also, You can tap on a locked piece of land and buy to place the building.
Where do I find my Characters?
You can find your Characters by tapping on the Character search button which is beside the quest button in the lower left corner of the screen.
My character does not appear. Why?
Your character might be doing a task inside a building. Check by tapping on the Character search button which is beside the quest button in the lower left corner of the screen and select your character.
Where do I find items to unlock my character?
Tap on find button or the ‘i’ button to get the list of tasks which give you those items.
Where do I find my Quests?
You can find your Quests by tapping on the Quest search button in the lower left corner of the screen.
How do I cancel a task?
You cannot cancel a task. However, you can speed up or use complete now.
What are Commander Coins?
Commander Coins are used for purchasing premium buildings or to buy any items instantly, speeding up a task or finishing immediately
How do I buy Commander Coins?
Tap on + button besides Commander Coins icon in top HUD and you will be redirected to Commander Coins store.
How do I increase levels?
You can increase levels by earning XP through task completion, placing buildings, etc.
Where do I get Duck Bucks?
You can get Duck Bucks through task completion, building regeneration, purchasing at store, etc.
How do I turn on Commander Coins spend verification?
Tap on Menu button present at top right corner and Select Settings from dropdown menu and turn ON Coins Spend Confirm option.
I find it hard to save up to buy the buildings I need, how can I make coins/Duck Bucks faster in my town? It's so long to level up, is there a way I can level up faster?
You can use speed ups and Complete now option to finish off quests and tasks faster; hence get coins/bucks faster.
What are Timer Speed Ups?
Speedups are used to reduce the task time and building regeneration time.
How do I use Timer Speed Ups?
Tap on an ongoing task or a building and select the speed up button and Use Speed up.
What are the Special Buildings in the game?
Robertson Home, Duck blinds and Depot are the special buildings in the game.
What can I get at Depot?
In Depot you can get the following:
Mystery Box – Win Speedups, currency and common items
Decoration Box – Win Decorations and premium decorations
Item Box – Win Common, uncommon and rare items
Where can I find Beaver Hunt game?
Beaver Hunt Game comes in Robertson Home and unlocks at level 10.
How do I buy more Land?
You have to go to Edit mode and select the land you want and click buy in the popup to purchase.
Why is land locked?
You have to buy currently available land to unlock more land for purchase.
What can I share with friends on Facebook?
Currently this game doesn’t have a facebook feature.
Why am I not able to connect to Facebook?
Currently this game doesn’t have a facebook feature.
Can I post a picture of my Duck Dynasty?
Yes, you can share a picture by tapping on the Camera icon next to the Edit button on Screen and Share.
How can I invite friends from facebook?
Currently this game doesn’t have a facebook feature.
How do I create User Profile?
Currently there is no feature to save your User Profile.
How do I sync my game progression?
Currently there is no feature to sync your game progression.
I deleted and reinstalled the game, how do I get my purchases back?
Currently there is no feature in the game to get your progression or purchases back. If you have deleted the game, all your progression and purchases will be lost.
What happens if I delete the game and again installed it? Will my progress be saved or lost?
Currently there is no feature in the game to get your progression or purchases back. If you have deleted the game, all your purchases and progression will be lost.
How can I access leaderboard?
To access leaderboard you have to login to Google Play Games services/Game Center.
What do I get by logging into Google Play Games Service/Game Center?
By logging into Google Play Games Services/Game Center you can share your achievements and view leaderboard.
How do I collect rewards in inbox?
Tap on message box on Screen and select ‘Collect’ to claim your rewards.
How can I change the game's language?
The game is currently available only in English.
Can I play offline?
Yes,but you will need internet at the launch of the game, to make purchases and access leaderboards & achievements.

How do I modify the SFX /Music options?
SFX or Music option can be controlled from the settings in the main menu as well as from the Pause menu.
Where can I find tutorial for the game? Can I access tutorial again?
Tutorial will be available automatically when you begin. No, the tutorial cannot be accessed again.
Where do I find my Player Statistics?
Currently there is no player statistics feature available in the game.
Why is my device not supported?
The game is designed in a way to have optimized support in order to sustain to any technical discrepancies.

I purchased an item on my mobile device from the store but I did not get it, why?
For iOS, sometimes the mobile devices experience weak Internet Connection. After completing the purchase, the app store needs to send back a Purchase successful message which confirms that your payment was successful.
If items still fail to appear in game, please retry purchase but make sure of the following:
1) You have a strong network connection each time you purchase.
2) Enter credit card details correctly. If you identify it’s a credit card issue please contact your bank.
If the above doesn’t work, then please check your App Store Receipt sent to you via email. If the item you purchased is on the receipt but you cannot locate the download, please contact Apple with your Receipt.

Why does store show up a message as 'In-app purchase disabled'?
In App Purchase disabled message is a parental control which is linked with device restrictions. To Turn off Restriction please do the following steps:
1. Go To Settings
2. Tap General
3. Select Restrictions which always needs password

The game is crashing on my iPhone/ iPad. How do I fix this?
There are a few reasons why your device may experience a crash during an app launch or randomly. We will list the top tips that proved to have helped most users:
First you will have to make sure your device has the latest software installed. Download the latest version of iTunes from http://www.apple.com/itunes
=> If you already have iTunes, open it and then select Help => Check for updates and install any available updates.
=> Please make sure the date and time of your devices are current. This is important for the iTunes store as it may not allow you to download any apps if you don’t have the correct date and time.
=> If your device already has the latest software, try resetting your device.
Hold down the sleep/wake button at the top of the device for a few seconds until the screen displays the message ‘slide to power off.’ Power off the device by moving the slider. Hold down the sleep/wake button again until the device powers back on.
When the home screen is displayed, relaunch the game.

How can I disable In-App purchases & avoid unauthorized purchases?
To disable in-app purchases and avoid unauthorized purchases on your iOS device use the following steps:
1) From your home screen, tap the Settings app
2) Tap General
3) Tap on Restrictions
4) Tap Enable Restrictions
5) When you do this, you’ll be asked to Set a Passcode. The Passcode is a password that locks certain functions of the iOS device. Use a passcode you’ll be sure to remember, but don’t share it with people you don’t want making in-app purchases. If they know your passcode, they can enable in-app purchases even if you don’t want them to. Enter the passcode twice to set it.
6) Once the passcode is set, scroll down to the Allowed Content section. Slide the In-App Purchases slider to Off or to the left so that it’s white. This will prevent anyone who doesn’t know your passcode from making in-app purchases.
Do I have to download content each time I launch the game?
The initial one-time download size is around 182 MB. Please make sure you have enough space of around 500MB for completely installing the game.

The Game is not loading / crashing on my android device. What should I do? Which devices does it support? What Should I Do?
Please try the following:
1) Make sure your copy of the game for Android was downloaded from the Google Play Store, otherwise we cannot guarantee that your game will work as it’s supposed to.
2) Free up device memory by closing unnecessary apps running in the background. To do this, go to Settings > Apps > Running, then tap the app you want to stop and press ‘Stop’ or ‘Force Stop’.
3) Free up storage memory on your device by uninstalling apps that you no longer need. You can do this by opening the Launcher (Android’s app view), then press and hold the app(s) you want to delete.
3) Make sure your Android version is up to date by going to Settings > About, and then checking for software updates.

– 1 GB RAM or more recommended
– Android OS 2.3.3 or better
– A screen resolution of 480×800 or better

Currently there is no feature to continue your game on a new device.

If your purchase still fails to appear, it could be because of Weak/no WiFi connection or a cash transaction issue. One possibility is that your purchase has not been registered with Store. You can go ahead with retrying purchase but make sure of the following:
1) Have a strong network connection each time you purchase.
2) Enter credit card details correctly. If you identify it’s a credit card issue please contact your bank.
