How do I avoid Incoming RPG/Grenades?
To Avoid Damage from Incoming RPG/Grenades, you should move to another cover to avoid being hit.
How do I switch weapons in battle?
Once you’re in battle, if an appropriate Secondary weapon for that combat range has been equipped, a “Switch Weapon” button will be available. Click on it to switch between your Primary and Secondary weapons, and vice versa. Note: Make sure you have equipped the right secondary weapon for the mission.
Can I restart mission? Can I revive if I die?
You can quit and restart the mission from map screen. Note: If you die in the middle of a mission you can revive by spending Gold or by watching a video.
What are Daily Events?
Daily Events have 3 Missions and on completion you will earn coins required to unlock a Mystery Box.
What can I do in Bike Missions?
In Bike Missions, you will have to chase and shoot down enemy vehicles and collect coins. Note: Your bike weapon shoots automatically when directly behind enemy vehicle.
What are Challenges?
By fighting in Challenges you can collect badges required to unlock chapters and also get XP and Cash.
I'm not able to play Mission. What should I do?
You have to Upgrade your primary and secondary weapon to the required mission damage rating to play.
How do I enter the next Chapter? What are Badges?
You have to get the required badges to enter the next chapter. Note: Get badges by completing objectives in missions and also in Challenges.
Why do I need Primary and Secondary Weapons?
Each mission has been designed to be either short or long range. Primary guns with the required damage will still be mandatory to play these missions, this is in sync to the strength of enemies you’d face in the mission.
You could however use the secondary weapons in these missions i.e., Sniper rifles for Long Range
How can I increase weapon Damage?
To increase Damage you will have to upgrade your weapons Critical, Fire Rate, Clip Size or Reload time. Ex: To increase the Critical of a Weapon:
1. Select Weapon
2. Tap on Upgrade and select Critical
What are Special Kits? What can I do with them?
Special Kits are useful attack and defense enhancements which can be consumed to get an edge in difficult missions. You can get the following Special Kits in Store:
1. Health Kits – Help you recover a percentage of health
2. Shield – Protects you from incoming damage for a particular duration. NOTE: RPG can pierce through shield.
3. RPG – Long Range Area-of-Damage weapon used primarily to destroy heavy vehicles and helicopters
4. Grenade – Short Range Area-of-Damage weapon used primarily to destroy heavy vehicles and helicopters
What are Premium Weapons?
Premium Weapons are very powerful and can be used by you to dominate in missions.. Note: You can get Premium weapons using Gold in Store.
When can I access PvP?
PvP unlocks at the start of the game after completing tutorial.
How do I play/win PvP?
Kill all enemies and the opponent player within 3 minutes to win in PvP. If time ends you lose.
How do I get Energy in PvP?
Energy is required to battle against an opponent in PvP. You can have a maximum 1 energy at a time. Regeneration of energy takes 10 minutes. You can also opt to avail energy using Gold or by watching video.
Why am I getting a very powerful opponent?
Matchmaking is done based on the overall damage of player weapon. So you can get a more powerful opponent if there is no opponent of your level.
Where can I get Cash? Where can I use the accumulated cash?
Cash can be got by playing missions in Chapters. The cash you receive can be used to purchase certain “Primary” weapons (Assault and Snipers). Furthermore, you can also upgrade your weapons using cash. Note: Weapons that can be purchased using cash get unlocked based on Chapter.
Where can I get Coins? What are coins used for?
Coins can be accumulated by playing Bike Missions and Daily Events. Collect Coins to unlock Mystery Box.
Where can I get Gold?
Gold will be given on each level up and in Store.
How can I get Free Gold?
By watching videos in the Free Gold Section of Store you can get Gold for Free. You can buy Gold in Store or win it in Mystery Box.
How do I convert my currency?
You cannot convert currency in the game.
Which currency is needed for Upgrades?
All Weapon Upgrades need Cash or Gold. For instant Weapon upgrades and to skip timers you can use Gold.
What can I get in Mystery Box?
You can get Weapons, Special Kits, Cash or Gold in Mystery Box. Mystery box unlocks only when you collect 3000 Coins.
What can I share with friends on Facebook/Google Plus/ Twitter?
Currently there are no social features in the game.
How do I sync my game progression?
Currently there is no Cloud save progression feature.
How do I get my progression back on my device?
If you delete the game your progression will be lost and you will have to start from the first again.
I deleted and reinstalled the game, how do I get my purchases back?
If you delete the game, all your purchases will be lost.
How can I change the game's language?
Currently the game is available in English only.
Can I play offline?
No. You need internet connection to play the game.

SFX or Music option can be controlled from the settings in the main menu.
Where can I find tutorial for the game? Can I access tutorial again?
Tutorial will be available automatically when you begin. No, the tutorial cannot be accessed again.
How do I collect rewards in inbox?
To collect rewards from inbox:
1. Select the Menu button on top left
2. Tap on the Inbox icon
3. Open reward message and tap Claim
Why is my device not supported?
The game is designed in a way to have optimized support in order to sustain to any technical discrepancies.
OS requirement : iOS 8.0 and above

I purchased an item on my mobile device from the store but I did not get it, why?
For iOS, sometimes the mobile devices experience weak Internet Connection. After completing the purchase, the app store needs to send back a Purchase successful message which confirms that your payment was successful.

Try relaunching the game.
If items still fail to appear in game, please retry purchase but make sure of the following:
1) You have a strong network connection each time you purchase.
2) Enter credit card details correctly. If you identify it’s a credit card issue please contact your bank.
If the above doesn’t work, then please check your App Store Receipt sent to you via email. If the item you purchased is on the receipt but you cannot locate the download, please contact Apple with your Receipt.

Why does store show up a message as 'In-app purchase disabled'?
In App Purchase disabled message is a parental control which is linked with device restrictions. To Turn off Restriction please do the following steps:
1. Go To Settings
2. Tap General
3. Select Restrictions which always needs password

The game is crashing on my iPhone/ iPad. How do I fix this?
There are a few reasons why your device may experience a crash during an app launch or randomly. We will list the top tips that proved to have helped most users:
First you will have to make sure your device has the latest software installed. Download the latest version of iTunes from http://www.apple.com/itunes
=> If you already have iTunes, open it and then select Help => Check for updates and install any available updates.

How can I disable In-App purchases & avoid unauthorized purchases?
To disable in-app purchases and avoid unauthorized purchases on your iOS device use the following steps:
1) From your home screen, tap the Settings app
2) Tap General
3) Tap on Restrictions
4) Tap Enable Restrictions
5) When you do this, you’ll be asked to Set a Passcode. The Passcode is a password that locks certain functions of the iOS device. Use a passcode you’ll be sure to remember, but don’t share it with people you don’t want making in-app purchases. If they know your passcode, they can enable in-app purchases even if you don’t want them to. Enter the passcode twice to set it.
6) Once the passcode is set, scroll down to the Allowed Content section. Slide the In-App Purchases slider to Off or to the left so that it’s white. This will prevent anyone who doesn’t know your passcode from making in-app purchases.
Do I have to download content each time I launch the game?
The initial download size is 95MB. Please make sure you have enough space of around 400MB for completely installing the game.
Why can't I install Game?

The size of the game file is around 542MB and you need at least 1GB or more free space . The Game is not loading / crashing on my android device. What should I do? Which devices does it support?
What Should I Do?
Please try the following:
1) Make sure your copy of the game for Android was downloaded from the Google Play Store, otherwise we cannot guarantee that your game will work as it’s supposed to.
2) Free up device memory by closing unnecessary apps running in the background. To do this, go to Settings > Apps > Running, then tap the app you want to stop and press ‘Stop’ or ‘Force Stop’.
3) Free up storage memory on your device by uninstalling apps that you no longer need. You can do this by opening the Launcher (Android’s app view), then press and hold the app(s) you want to delete.
4) Make sure your Android version is up to date by going to Settings > About, and then checking for software updates.

Also, please note that the game requires **at least** the following specs:
– 1.5 GB RAM or more recommended
– Android OS 4.0.3 or better
– A screen resolution of 480×800 or better
